Halaskar Church

Halaskar Church, commonly known as the Church of the Holy Redeemer. Built during the height of Ani’s time it was a circular built church with regular indentations for decoration and depiction of Christ’s life. Originally built in 1035 ad it received three restorations by different rulers, in 1950’s the building was struck by lightning splitting in half with further damages happened by an earthquake years later.
